I wouldn't say Disruptor is top tier. Alchemist and Phantom Assassin have way more and better uses than Disruptor. Additionally, if you were to add a tier above the top tier list, I'd say Medusa, Terrorblade and Tidehunter would definitely be there.
Aside from that, I really like this tier.
