Ed will not rest until a new Wario Land is announced.

A Zarya comic is currently in development, although there's no mention of a release date just yet.

Lead Writer Michael Chu confirmed the news in response to a forum post concerning story development.

“No ARG plans at the moment, but I just wanted to mention that the upcoming Zarya comic is not a rumor!”

At San Diego Comic Con 2017 Blizzard actually teased an image of the next comic, showing Zarya protecting an Omnic from what looks like Sombra and the Los Muertos gang.

Overwatch's latest animated short Infiltration shows Sombra blackmailing Katya Volskaya, the leader of an Omnic-devastated Russia who happens to be working alongside Omnics to protect her homeland. Sombra knows this, and says she won't release this information if the two of them can get along. Following this brief encounter, Katya calls upon Zarya to go out and find Sombra.

We know that Zarya isn't fond of Omnics, so why is she protecting one in the comic teaser? We'll have to wait and see.

In the meantime, it's worth checking out Blizzard's latest comic entitled 'Masquerade', which gives us a unique insight into Doomfist's personality and the villainous Talon organisation.
