TSM pulled off a huge upset in the DreamHack Montreal finals, dominating Team Liquid in convincing fashion to take home the trophy.

Team Liquid faced off against TSM in a best-of-3 Grand Final spanning Coastline, Bank and Consulate. After TSM won a close 8-7 game on Coastline, Liquid came back on Bank, claiming victory by a margin of 7-2. However, TSM found an extra gear on the deciding map and emerged victorious by the very same scoreline.

TSM had previously upset FaZe Clan in the Winners side of the bracket, with fellow finallists Team Liquid rising above their station in defeating G2. TSM will hope that this tournament will be a solid jumping-off point for a resurgence, as they bring home $30,000 and solidify a place in the Six Invitational 2020.

TSM will no doubt try and carry this momentum into the rest of Pro League Season 10, as they’ve been struggling to keep up with their contemporaries thus far.

The DreamHack Montreal Minor is finished, but the VODs, clips, and highlights are available on the Rainbow 6 Twitch Channel. Keep an eye on Metabomb for more Rainbow 6 coverage!
