NaviOOT has won this weekend's Singapore stage of the Hearthstone Championship Tour 2018.

Navi takes home $3,500 in prize money, as well as 15 HCT Points. These are used to determine player's qualification status for seasonal events, which grant players the chance to play in the Hearthstone World Championship.

Runner-up Faeli received $2,300 and 12 HCT Points, while Kribo and Casie both won $1,100 and 10 HCT points for their third and fourth place positions.

It was a tough but consistent run for Navi to win the competition. While he enjoyed a relatively sedate 3-0 victory over Kuonet in the opening Round of 16, subsequent matches against muzzy, Casie, and Faeli in the final itself all went to a 3-2 finish in the best-of-five format.

The next major Hearthstone esports event is the HCT Fall Champinoship, which kicks off this Thursday 11th October and runs throughout the weekend until the 14th. A live audience will be in attendance at Blizzard's bespoke esports arena, located in Burbank, California.

Sixteen players will be battling it out for a share of the $250,000 prize money that's on offer, not to mention a place at the HCT World Championship. Players at home can earn their own rewards by participating in the Choose Your Champion promotion, which rewards up to four Boomsday Project card packs.
