Mihai "languagehacker" Dragalin wins the Hearthstone HCT Fall Championship 2018

Mihai “languagehacker” Dragalin has won this weekend's Hearthstone HCT Fall Championship, held at the Blizzard Arena in Burbank, Los Angeles.

The Canadian's path to victory saw him take down RENMEN 3-1 in the quarterfinals, before a dominant 3-0 display in the semifinals against the better-known Justsaiyan.

The final match against bloodyface wrapped up with a 3-1 scoreline. Here's video of the final encounter if you'd like to see how it all played out yesterday evening:

As the tournament winner, Dragalin has also earned himself a spot at the Hearthstone World Championship Finals. This will take place at some point following the conclusion of the upcoming HCT Winter Championship, the details of which have stil to be confirmed.

He'll be joined there by Brian “bloodyface” Eason, as well as semifinalists David “Justsaiyan” Shan and Wu “Bloodtrail” Zong-Chang.

As well as a place at the finals, Dragalin has also earned himself $60,000 in prize money for his first place finish. Bloodyface takes home $40,000, with Bloodtrail and Justsaiyan pocketing $20,000 apiece.
