Hearthstone: Legendary Scientist Cards and Decks

The second Hearthstone expansion of 2018 will be released on 7th August 2018, and it goes by the name of The Boomsday Project. When the set goes live, expect a mechanical cornucopia of minions and spell cards to be added to the game, under the mischievous watch of Dr. Boom.

A new Magnetic keyword will allow you to fuse Mech minions together, Legendary Spells are coming to Hearthstone after all this time, Omega cards will gain extra power if you have ten Mana Crystals, and Project cards reward both players with their beneficial effects.

Then there are Legendary Scientist cards. These are the class-specific Legendaries that are being released with the new card set, and it seems highly likely that each hero will get their own mad scientist to call their own.

In this article, we'll be maintaining a list of all the Legendary Scientist cards as and when they're revealed. Once the expansion is live, we'll also include links to all of our deck guides containing these intriguing new characters.

Legendary Scientist cards

Only one Legendary Scientist was shown off in the reveal trailer we've embedded just above, and she goes by the name of Electra Stormsurge.

This is the Shaman's Legendary Scientist, and this 3 Mana 3 / 3 minion has a Battlecry that causes the next spell cast by player on the same turn to be triggered twice. Hello Healing Rain / Bloodlust...

When the expansion is actually live, we'll be busy creating deck guides that will surely feature plenty of Scientists. We'll drop links to relevant articles for each hero as soon as they become available.
