Earlier this week we reported on Fortnite's upcoming Winter Royale tournament, which provides every player around the world the opportunity to make a name for themselves and fight for glory.

In a new blog post, further details about the qualification process have been revealed by Epic Games.

There will be a total of three qualifying sessions in each region, on each day during the Qualifiers. Your highest score in each session will be taken into account, and the best players will be added to a leaderboard.

After that, the top 200 players will be contacted to confirm their eligibility to participate in the Winter Royale Finals. The EU Finals will be held between 30th November and the 1st December, while the North America Finals take place between 11th and 12th December.

Here's a complete schedule of events. Details of the scoring system and format can be found further down the page.
