Fortnite’s latest V7.20 patch includes a new Scoped Revolver, the return of Glider Redeployment in the form of a consumable item, a new One Shot LTM and the usual slew of stat tweaks, rebalances and the like.
The Scoped Revolver is essentially the Six Shooter, but kitted out with a scope which allows for heightened accuracy at long range. It’s available in Epic and Legendary variants, fires Medium Ammo and it packs a punch with 42/44 damage per shot.
Glider Redeployment has returned, but in the form of actual Gliders found across Fortnite’s map. Pick one up and they’ll take up an inventory slot, so if you’re ever facing a cliff and need to make a quick getaway, all you have to do is press your jump button in mid-air to whip it out.
Glider’s come with a generous ten charges, so you can float around the map at least ten times before it’ll disappear. Oh, and you won’t consume a charge when using items like the Launch Pad and Rifts-to-Go, which is nice.
There’s a brand new Limited Time Mode called One Shot. It’s a low gravity affair with each player only having 50 health, with snipers the only weapons and bandages the only healing items.
Of course there are many other weapon and item adjustments, along with a multitude of bug fixes. For a look at every addition in this patch, make sure you head over to the official blog post.
