The patch notes for version 6.3.1 of Fornite have just been published by Epic to mark the release of the new update.
A new Limited Time Mode called Team Rumble is now live in the game, and challenges teams to be the first to eliminate 100 enemies in order to claim the Victory Royale.
Teams are comprised of 20 players, and there's a five-second respawn timer between deaths too. When you magically pop back into life, you'll retain everything you had in your inventory when you were picked off.
Also new in the game are Epic and Legendary variants on the Pump Shotgun. Expect a much meatier punch from these variations, although they will of course be a little harder to find on the battlefield.
The Epic version does 105 maximum damage, while the Legendary version tops out at 110. Our Fortnite: Pump Shotgun guide has more detail on what to expect from the weapon.
That's all of the details for the insanely popular Battle Royale component of the game, then, but what about Save the World, the somewhat calmer collaborative potion of Fortnite?
The new Rotating Omni-directional Sentry Inegrated Exoskeleton (R.O.S.I.E.) is a deployable unit that automatically attacks enemies.
There's also a new Six Feet Under shovel to melee-attack opponents with, while a new adventure called Canny Valley Act 2 is now also live.
A few Event changes and bug fixes have also been applied. Head over to the official blog post for a breakdown of all the finer details.
