The third round of the ESL Pro League Season 8 Finals has concluded, and it's produced some fantastic matches. Most notably, NaVi regained their form spectacularly, and MIBR enjoyed a straight victory over mousesports.

Now that these matches are complete, we’re about to move into the quarterfinal stages. Victors of these knockout matches will then move onto the semis, before facing off against the first-placed teams from the group stage.

Below we’ve put together a quick overview of all the match results from the third day of the group stages, along with a brief description of how the quarterfinals will work for those unfamiliar with the setup.

Head over to our Day 2 roundup post for a breakdown of all Day 2’s action.

Results: 6th December

Of the two eight-team pools, those that topped their groups move straight into the semi finals. Meanwhile the four teams who came second in their groups will move into the quarterfinals, where they will play straight knockout matches.

Here’s a snapshot of the results from Day 3 of the competition:

  • Sharks 0-2 NaVi
  • Ghost 2-1 NRG
  • Renegades 2-1 G2
  • Astralis 2-0 Liquid
  • MIBR 2-0 mousesports
  • NaVi 2-1 Ghost

We’ll be posting regular coverage of all the results throughout the coming week. Stay tuned for more updates very soon!
