Fancy sniping with the HDR in Warzone? We've put together the best HDR loadout for Warzone so you don't have to worry about ranged battles again.

We've been fluctuating a lot with our favourite sniper rifle in the game. It's obviously either the HDR or AX-50, but it's difficult to choose. If you're struggling to decide, check out our AX-50 vs HDR page, and once you know, we have some loadouts for you to try.

Best HDR Loadout in Warzone

The HDR is an absolute monster of a sniper rifle. Boasting one-shot headshots in Warzone and a ludicrous range, as well as beating the AX-50 out in a few key categories like bullet velocity and ADS time. Of course, it's all subjective, but should you choose the HDR is your weapon of choice, here's our favourite loadout for it:

  • Muzzle - Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel - 26.9" HDR Pro
  • Laser - Tac Laser
  • Stock - FTAC Stalker-Scout
  • Perk - Focus

A surprising addition we've put into this class is Focus. Yes, you can get rid of it in favour of a Thermal scope or Extended Mag, but Focus can be the difference between life and death, and has served us very well in the past. It reduces your flinch when you take damage whilst shooting, making it easier to get the vital shot off against the enemy while they're firing at you. The rest of the attachments are standard - the barrel is great for taking on foes from a long way away, and the Monolithic Suppressor on the HDR means you'll stay off the enemy radar while popping headshots into them.

Of course the Tac Laser does give away your position, but it's still difficult for foes to pinpoint where you are from just this. Ideally, when they see it, you've already loosed a shot.

More of the best guns and loadouts:

We've stuck with some old favourites here. Perk-wise, we've chosen Cold Blooded and Ghost, but also Tracker for when you're looking around for elusive targets running away. Our secondary is the .357 pistol with Snakeshot and Akimbo. We've got a page on how to unlock it - the Akimbo guide - but remember to only use them in super close-quarters combat. Here's the rest of our HDR loadout:

  • Secondary weapon - .357 Snakeshot Akimbo
  • Perk 1 - Cold Blooded
  • Perk 2 - Ghost
  • Perk 3 - Tracker
  • Lethal - C4
  • Tactical - Heartbeat Sensor

Feel free to switch out Tracker for Amped if you plan on picking up an alternative gun too! Amped also lets you chuck out your C4 more quickly, potentially leading to some nice kills on vehicle-driving tangos.

Thanks for checking out our HDR loadout guide! We have all kinds of other Warzone pages, including tips on slide-cancelling in Warzone, as well as advice on Warzone's Supply Run contract.
